Didn’t Like Your Set? Get in Touch!

Our refund policy is simple. If you didn’t like your set, as long as you haven’t installed it and it’s in its original condition, you may return it to our US or RU location. Get in touch with us in order to receive the return address. Once your set is returned, we will process a full refund of your purchase.

The set must be unused and must be packaged in a way to ensure it doesn’t receive damage during shipment. That set may be just what someone else is looking for!

Custom Sets

Custom sets may be returned, but only in exchange for a new set. You must contact us within 5 days of your set being delivered in order for the exchange process to start. We will add your new set to the top of the queue and have it out ASAP.

Payment Methods

Here at Laetilocs, we allow partial payments to make sure you can get your set even if circumstances don’t allow it just yet. Please note we are currently accepting payments via PayPal (US), but we will let you know when this situation changes.
